When music began to evolve into experimental and psychedelic genres, the demand for effects grew higher and stronger, with guitarists introducing unheard effects like delays, flangers, phasers and distortion. Strymon’s priority was to provide these glorious effects produced through the last 4 decades and offer them in a range of sizes, affordable prices and targeted genres. Artists like Noel Gallagher, John Mayer, Billy Corgan and Frank Iero have featured Strymon pedals and modules in some of their performances and studio recordings.

Strymon provides premium accessories to complete your set-up, such as their mini footswitch pedals, mounting brackets and power supply plugs.
Styrmon’s origins begin with analog engineer Gregg Stock and designer Lucian Tu, who formed the pre-Strymon company Damage Control in 2004. They would produce tube-driven distortion pedals until 2009, after which they decided to rebrand and take their pedals for a new level under the name Strymon. Since then, Strymon have based their company in Westlake Village, CA, and in 2009 introduced thirteen pedals ranging from all-analog optical compressors to DSP-driven modulation.
Now in present day, Strymon have pushed the boundaries of technology to create the latest effects guaranteed to inspire.
