These items could be customer returns, used as shop displays, reconditioned etc. Whatever has caused it to be attributed, it’s a great opportunity to save some hard-earned cash!

All Nearly New & Ex-Display products are issued with a full manufacturer's warranty whilst B-Stock products come with a 6-month warranty. You even have 14 days to test the item and see if it is suitable for you, as per our 30-Day exchange policy (see Returns & Refunds). From time to time these little gems pop up and if you see one - act fast before it goes!

What is Nearly New?

Nearly New items are fully-working products that may have been unboxed or tested by a customer, and may have different packaging but are otherwise as-new. All Nearly New products come with a full manufacturers warranty so you can buy with complete confidence.

If something is listed as Nearly New on our website, it is typically a product that has been returned to us by a previous customer within their 30 day exchange period. It could have been returned as it was unwanted, didn’t meet the needs of a specific customer or was bought in error.

What is Ex-Display?

Here at GAK, we pride ourselves on giving people the opportunity to use our amazing shop to ensure each customer has been given the chance to play their instrument before they buy it. When setting foot into any of our departments, whether it’s the Guitar, Pro-Audio, Drum or Piano department, our fantastic stores have a plethora of instruments out on display and ready to try out.

We may have also used the instrument in one of our product videos on our YouTube Channel or even used the instrument at an event/trade show.

Ex-Display items are new stock that has been previously on display in our shop, and may have some slight cosmetic damage or imperfections as a result, and/or some packaging or accessories may be missing. Any minor damages/issues will be described and photographed where possible - for further details please contact our shops via phone or email. All Ex-Display products come with a full manufacturers warranty so you can buy with confidence.

What is B-Stock?

If something is listed as B-Stock it could have been returned to us without the original packaging, or missing components or accessories. There are also cases where a product arrives back to us with minor damage/scuffs or the product has developed a fault and needs to be repaired by a professional brand-authorised engineer.

B-Stock items are generally repaired or refurbished customer returns that may have some slight damage or imperfections, some packaging or accessories may be missing. B-Stock items are heavily discounted so you’re bound to find a great deal. Plus, they come with a 6 month warranty, allowing you to buy with peace of mind.

What is Second-Hand?

Nearly New, B-Stock & Ex-Display items aren’t the only way to pick up a great deal, we also have a great range of Second-Hand instruments too.
