Squier Affinity Series Jazz Bass, Maple Fingerboard, 3-Colour Sunburst Overview

The Fender Squier Affinity Range has been refreshed for the first time since 2017 to include new and updated features that today’s players demand, as well as new models and colours to breathe life to the Squier Affinity series. Key components have been upgraded such as tremolo bridges, pickups, tuning machines, and aesthetic updates such as gloss headstocks and updated logos, re-establishing the Squier Affinity range as a great option for beginners who want an electric guitar or bass guitar that looks and sounds great at an affordable price.

The Fender Squier Affinity Jazz Bass has a thin and lightweight poplar body which provides a resonant and meaty tone as well as making it more comfortable to play, a 34" scale length, a maple neck with a comfortable ‘C’ shape profile, and a maple fretboard with 20 medium jumbo frets. It has a 4-saddle standard bridge, a synthetic bone nut, and vintage style open-gear tuning machines to provide smooth, accurate tuning, which is ideal for beginners who just want to practice.

For pickups, it has a pair of Squier ceramic single-coil Jazz Bass pickups which are versatile and deliver a wide range of tones. To complete the Fender Squier Affinity Jazz Bass is black control knobs and pickguard, chrome hardware and a classic 3-Colour Sunburst finish.
