Berlin, September 27, 2024 – Zoom introduces the LiveTrak L6, its most compact and portable digital mixer/recorder, designed to cater to musicians, podcasters, and live streamers on the go. With its 10 discrete tracks of 32-bit float, clip-free audio, sound pads, MIDI, and effects, the L6 is packed with big-mixer features in a small form. It’s versatile enough to work as a standalone mixer, a multi-track recorder, a DAW control surface, and a USB audio interface.

The LiveTrak L6 provides full mixing and recording capabilities in a compact, battery-powered format that can also be mounted in a Eurorack case, making it ideal for mobile and modular setups.

Each channel on the L6 offers comprehensive controls, including:
- 3-band mid-sweepable EQ
- Aux sends for custom monitor mixes or effects sends

POWERFUL MULTI-TRACK RECORDING
The L6 records 10 individual tracks plus a stereo mix directly to an SD card (up to 1TB). You can share your live mix or transfer individual tracks to your DAW for post-production.
32-BIT FLOAT TECHNOLOGY
With 32-bit float recording, the L6 captures high-quality, clip-free audio without needing gain adjustments, ensuring pristine sound even in fluctuating volume environments.
BATTERY POWER
Powered by four AA batteries for up to 3 hours or by an external USB power bank, the L6 is ready for recording and mixing anywhere.
PLENTY OF INPUTS & OUTPUTS
- Inputs: 2 XLR/TRS combo inputs with +48V phantom power, 4 stereo ¼” line inputs (switchable to mono).
- Outputs: Main and Aux outputs, plus a headphone output with independent volume control.
LOADED WITH EFFECTS
The L6 includes effects like Delay, Echo, and various Reverb options (Spring, Room, Hall) to enhance your mix.
ADVANCED COMPRESSOR
A main output compressor provides enhanced loudness and natural saturation, with 32-bit float ensuring audio will never clip, even at high volume.
MIDI & USB CONNECTIVITY
- MIDI: 3.5mm MIDI I/O allows for sync and programming with outboard gear like drum machines and synthesizers.
- USB: The L6 functions as a 10-in / 4-out USB audio interface, compatible with computers and mobile devices, while also recording to SD.
RECORD & CONTROL
Use the L6 as a control surface for your DAW, offering seamless integration with recording software on PC, Mac, iOS, and Android.
BROADCAST & STREAM
