The Vox Valve Energy Silk Drive is a compact valve overdrive pedal that delivers warm, boutique amp-style tones using Nutube technology for a genuine tube-like response. It features an all-analog signal path, rich overdrive and boost tones, and an internally boosted 15V for increased headroom and dynamics.
The pedal offers three output modes: Standard for use with amps, Preamp for direct connection to power amps, and Cab-Sim for recording with an analogue cabinet simulator. An OLED display shows a real-time oscilloscope, visually representing your tone, while an Active EQ allows precise tone shaping. The Channel Link function lets you chain multiple pedals for easy switching between effects.
Designed to capture the dynamic, harmonically rich tones of boutique amps, the Silk Drive is ideal for both live performance and recording setups.
