In my view the best hi-hat stand on the market and I owned a top of the line Yamaha previously so the benchmark was set high. Both are superbly made but the Tama edges it for me because: - the Lever Glide system gives a wonderfully light and responsive feel which matches well to the way I setup my BD pedal (low spring tension). - The tilt functionality is superb - you can angle the hi-hats slightly towards you. - various small details that are cleverly conceived - eg. the quick set clutch.
