Grand Auditorium Body Shape
This Grand Auditorium shape is somewhere between an OM and Dreadnought, with the comfort of a mid-sized guitar and the volume and fullness of a dreadnought, making it great for strumming and unparalleled in versatility.
The body meets the neck at the 14th fret, for a modern sound and feel, ideal for all styles of music. The bridge sits closer to the sound-hole than on a 12th fret guitar, which brings brightness, dynamic range and clarity in abundance, adding to the midrange character of the Mahogany.
The 14th fret joint and cutaway allow for effortless access to the upper frets, opening up the full potential of the instrument.
All Mahogany Body
With the top, back & sides, and neck constructed from Mahogany, the GMC 15E has a very rich and warm character. Mahogany is known for it’s pronounced midrange, giving it a very musical tone that will sit beautifully in any mix. It has plenty of punch and clarity on the attack and depth on the sustain.
Fishman Preamp
Fitted with a Fishman Presys II preamp, your natural acoustic tone can be amplified very accurately, to project your beautiful acoustic tone further. And with a 2-band EQ you can adjust your bass and treble to taste to get your perfect amplified sound in any space.
