Orange Crush Mini 3W Practice Amp Overview
The smallest amp in the Orange Crush range, the Mini combines the classic Orange tone with portability, great for getting great sound while playing in your bedroom or rehearsing for a gig. The Mini has the design of the now-discontinued Micro Crush with added features and improvements.
The Orange Crush Mini has completely redesigned the top panel, creating a simple, intuitive interface with 3 knobs - Gain, to get heavy distortion and crunch, Shape, to sculpt your midrange, and Volume, which achieves clean tones when turned up and the Gain turned down.
While the Orange Crush Mini is just 3 watts, it has an 8ohm speaker output so you can extend the sound to an external speaker - including the largest guitar cabinet that Orange produce - to get a much bigger sound, so it’s great for band practices where you want to hear yourself over the drummer! The Orange Crush Mini also has a headphone output so you can practice quietly at home without disturbing anyone. These options give you the best of both worlds. The Orange Crush Mini has an internal 9V battery (included), so you can take it anywhere and play where there might not be a power source. You can also purchase a power supply separately if you would like to use the amp with a plug.
The aux in plug lets you connect a smartphone or MP3 player and play along to your favourite songs, and the built-in tuner helps you quickly re-tune without needing extra equipment. In all, this is a versatile, portable practice amp that works just as well connected to an external speaker for loud band practices, as it does in your bedroom with headphones in, or busking in the street.

The Orange Crush Mini is designed to give you classic Orange tone in a small, lightweight package. Whether you’re jamming in your bedroom or warming up backstage, the Crush Mini is the perfect companion.
The simple controls give you access to all kinds of classic sounds. Crank up the Gain for heavy distortion or dial in clean and crunch tones by backing off the Gain and turning the Volume up. A quick tweak of the Shape control (anticlockwise for more mids, clockwise for more scooped) and you’re ready to rock!
Another exciting feature of the Crush Mini is the Speaker Output (8 Ohms minimum). Hook this up to pretty much any speaker cabinet and get ready for a surprisingly big sound!
The Crush Mini features a built-in tuner, as well as a headphone output that mutes the speaker for silent practice. You can also play along to your favourite tracks using the aux input.
Powered by a 9V battery (included) or an external centre negative 9V DC adapter (sold separately), the Crush Mini switches on automatically when you plug in your guitar.
