The all-metal construction of these connectors plus the fact that they are suitable for TS (mono) and TRS (stereo) cables means they are both robust and versatile. I use one to couple my guitar lead (via a patch lead) to the drum machine and mixer set up on my practice rig so that I don't have to keep plugging and unplugging the cable directly. This is more convenient and saves wear and tear on the high impedance (guitar) socket on the mixer.

Great for wireless pouch to guitar if like mine, your wireless device doesn’t fit straight into the guitars input
