This pre-owned Gibson ES-335 from 2010 is a stunning example of Ted McCarty’s innovative design, finished in luxurious ebony with gold hardware. The guitar echoes the elegant aesthetic of the iconic Black Beauty Les Pauls and B.B. King's Lucille and features a 3-ply maple/poplar/maple body and top, cream binding, f-holes, and a 5-ply pickguard.
The slim taper mahogany neck with a bound rosewood fingerboard has a 12” radius and pearloid dot inlays. The nut width measures 43 mm (1 11/16"), and the scale length is 628 mm (24 3/4"). It is equipped with Gibson 57 Classic humbuckers, delivering rich and bold neck tones perfect for blues and jazz, and articulate bridge tones suitable for both clean and overdriven styles. The hardware includes a tune-o-matic bridge, stoptail, and Gibson 'Deluxe' tuners.
It has been fully setup and restrung by our in-house guitar technician and includes its original hard case with certificate.
