The LTD KH-602 is a signature model designed in collaboration with Kirk Hammett, offering a high-performance guitar at a more accessible price compared to its ESP counterpart. Built for professional use, it excels in both recording and live performance, delivering the aggressive tone and playability required for intense music genres.
Constructed with neck-thru-body design for optimal sustain and resonance, the KH-602 features a sleek alder body and a three-piece maple neck shaped to an extra-thin "U" contour for fast, comfortable playing. The macassar ebony fingerboard, adorned with 24 extra-jumbo frets and Kirk's iconic skull-and-bones inlays, adds a distinctive aesthetic and a smooth playing surface.
Equipped with Kirk Hammett’s EMG Bone Breaker Signature pickups, this guitar delivers crushing active tones that are articulate and powerful, suitable for both rhythm and lead work. The Floyd Rose 1000 bridge ensures excellent tuning stability and the ability to execute dive bombs and pitch shifts with ease.
Available in a Black finish with matching black hardware, the KH-602 also features dual volume controls, a master tone knob, and a 3-way selector switch for precise tonal control
