ESP LTD EC-01 FT, Vintage Burst Overview
ESP’s Single-Cutaway LTD EC series has been expanded to include several new models, including the EC-01FT, available in black, Olympic White and Vintage Burst.
The LTD Deluxe EC-01FT is a brute guitar with a lot of sophistication, which will be available in the colours Black, Olympic White and Vintage Burst. It is the answer to the often expressed wish for a sober, flat version of the popular Eclipse design. At first glance, this guitar looks quite simply equipped, but there is much more under the bonnet! With a new pickup developed exclusively for ESP by Seymour Duncan and other design refinements, the EC-01FT is no entry-level EC. This EC is for the hardcore ESP players of the world.
The EC-01FT has a comfortable 24.75" scale length with a comfortable set-thru construction, as well as a mahogany body and a striking brushed black pickguard. At 43 mm, the mahogany neck is slightly wider than usual on EC models, which allows for comfortable ergonomics when playing power chords and flowing lead lines.
