Epiphone Power Players Les Paul, Ice Blue Overview

The Power Players Les Paul condenses that iconic Gibson shape into a lightweight, shorter-scale instrument that delivers huge humbucking tones and easy playability at an affordable price.

Your First Forever Guitar

The Epiphone Power Players Les Paul is a 3/4+ version inspired by the legendary Gibson Les Paul shape. It has a 22.73” scale length and a slightly smaller mahogany body making it light, easy to play, and an excellent choice for younger players. The Power Players Les Paul is also a great travel guitar choice for more experienced players. It sounds better and stays in tune longer than other “student model” guitars due to its high-quality components and excellent build quality.

Fat Les Paul Tone

The bolt-on mahogany neck has a sculpted heel for improved upper fret access, and it is powered by a pair of authentic Epiphone humbuckers for rich, full Les Paul tone. The Power Players Les Paul comes equipped with a gig bag, strap, picks, and a guitar cable.

The Epiphone Power Players Les Paul packs rich, juicy LP tone into a compact, easy-to-play electric guitar that’s perfect for kids, beginners and more experienced guitarists who want a superb travel guitar.

This is a brilliant guitar, and I am not a new player. The reason I bought it is because it is light and easy to transport. The reason I have not given it 5 stars is because when I received it and plugged it in to try it the pickups were not coming on a expected; I had an intermediate crackle which I found was on the input. So I thought 'oh dear, what should I do; return it or try looking myself?' Then after removing the jack socket, found that it wasn't gripping the jack plug properly. So I bent the socket gripper with my plyers and from then it is fine!
