Fender Highway One Telecaster, 2006, Satin Black, Second-Hand Overview
An awesome American-made Tele for under 800 quid!
Item in good condition (small marks or scratches)
The Fender Highway One series are a now discontinued but highly coveted range from Fender and are desirable for their affordability, plus their distinctive blend of modern and traditional features.
The guitar most notably features satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish which allows the instrument more room to breathe and additionally wears quickly, so if you'd eventually like a relic guitar, but take pride in saying that you did it yourself, then this is the way to go! Key specifications include a maple neck with a satin finish topped with an Indian rosewood board, a 25.5-inch scale length, and 22 frets, chrome hardware and 3-ply pickguard plus two Hot Standard Tele Single-Coil pickups offering slightly hotter, yet still unmistakably tele tones!
The 3-position blade switch comes as standard and allows selection between bridge, middle, and neck positions, providing a range of tones.
The guitar has been fully set up and restrung by our in-house technician and includes a gig bag!
